Brought my Kia Soul in for a recall notification and dealt with William in the service department. He advised my wife and I as to what it entailed and how long it would take. He was very courtious and dealt with William in the service department. He advised my wife and I as to what it entailed and how long it would take. He was very courtious and kept us informed on the welfare of my vehicle. He also asked if I would like a complimentary car wash, which I accepted. He was very thorough and professional. He did an excellent job of keeping us informed. I will be back to do the rest of my services when it is required. He has been my contact twice since I have moved to this area and has been very helpful.. More

While Will was very nice and very polite during my cars stay. I phoned this dealership two times during the several days my car was here and I left detailed messages including my name and number neither o stay. Will Thibodeu did his job well and I give him a 5 star rating for his part in my service experience but as for this dealership I will never do business here again. More

My TELLURIDE needed a new part and William Thibodeau - Service Advisor ordered my part and called me to make the appointment. I was out of the country and Will called numerous times before I was able to a Service Advisor ordered my part and called me to make the appointment. He knows how to deliver top-notch maintenance, always exceeding my expectations in both time and expense. This afternoon he stopped in the middle of his busy schedule to help me analyze an engine warning light problem. Within minutes the problem was solved, and all it cost me was $30 for a new gas cap! (I’ve been stressing about that warning light for weeks.) Will’s 5-star customer service reminds me why I chose Myrtle Beach Kia in the first place. There is no substitute for excellent employees—they make all the difference in the world! More
