I am a little disappointed with my appointment today. Waited almost 2 hours, only to be told my car did not past inspection and it will cost more than 13,00 fix. I took it somewhere else and all they had to fix was the muffler, the only part that need repla past inspection and it will cost more than 13,00 fix. I don't think they inspected the car at all and I have been going there for past three to four years. I called for explanation and all I got was "I am not the one who look at your car" something like. More

Charging $500+ for front brakes that weren't even needed in order to get a ‘free’ inspection is wrong. It is not okay to take advantage of customers this way.
