I brought my truck ('22 Tundra i-FORCE) in on Tuesday (11/7) for the first (10k mi) service to include an oil change with "multi-point inspection" and tire rotation. I had my mounted winters to put on in (11/7) for the first (10k mi) service to include an oil change with "multi-point inspection" and tire rotation. I had my mounted winters to put on in lieu of the scheduled rotation. Additionally there was a recall on the tonneau cover that was to be complied with. I've since received two email requests and one text request for reviews. Personally, I'm not a fan of airing the laundry out on public forums, so here are some things I'd like to directly bring to your attention: 1) My appointment was for 1130am. When I handed my truck over, I was told that due to higher than normal demand (winter tire swaps) and being down a technician, I could expect "about an hour and a half wait". No problem. But, I finally got my truck back and pulled out of the garage at 3:10pm, nearly four hours later. I work in the service industry, and realize that things often don't go as planned (and we're all short staffed), but the only update I received during that wait was a notification from the Toyota app that the hood was opened around 2:30pm (3 hours after appointment time). All that being said, my family has purchased several vehicles from Handy, and based on their reviews of the service department, I had blocked off the second half of the day just in case it turned into a four hour ordeal. 2) The wheels that were removed were not marked, effectively making rotating them on in the spring impossible. I assumed that marking was standard practice, but I could be wrong and evidently should have specifically requested this. 3) I understand white leather in a pickup is ridiculous, but at least taking the effort of wiping off the handprints would have been appreciated. But again, I can accept this as a simple oversight. 4) Lastly, but by far the most egregious (I likely would not have gone through the effort of reaching out if not for this), is the way the "tonneau recall" was handled. Once I got home and was taking the summer tires out of the bed, I noticed that the front of the tonneau cover was lifted from the bed rails. Upon further inspection, I saw that there was an additional hole drilled on each side for an additional retaining stud, but two seemingly random bushings were put between the cover and the retaining bracket, raising the front of the cover at least a half inch above the bed rails near the cab. This created an obvious and significant gap between the rubber gasket and the bed rails. Not only does it look bad, it defeats the whole purpose of a water resistant tonneau. (The whole point of this "premium cover" is to increase the dry and secure storage area). Furthermore, the rail drain pipes, which likely had to be removed to install this "fix" were never re-installed, and the aluminum shavings from drilling were left where they fell. I cannot believe that whomever completed this work could have looked at the finished product and thought it was anywhere near correct. But instead of figuring out how to do it right, it was signed off and I was sent on my way. Quite frankly, the cover is a very expensive option on an already expensive vehicle, and the fact that I'm going to be putting in the time and effort figuring out a fix to this "fix" is absurd. More

They are completely fantastic! They have sold me all of my cars and made sure I'm up to date on all of my maintenance and make sure I know exactly what's going on with my car.
