Before I stepped foot on the property William was in contact with me and was asking about what I needed as a buyer vs other dealerships that try to push you in the direction that best suits them. He was smart, considerate, and motivated to find me exactly what I was looking for. William and his partner Madison always go above and beyond for me as well as other customers. Every time I go to Jimmy Britt I am treated like a lifelong friend. I bought my previous vehicle from Jheyson and now he is a Finance Manager that helped with this latest purchase. It shows that Jimmy Britt values their employees, which turns out a better experience for their customers. I will continue to be a lifelong customer of Jimmy Britt Statesboro. I only had one remote and asked for a second but was told I would have to purchase it. I called a friend of mine at another CJDR store and within 3 days he sent me one a no charge. I tried to get it programe I would have to purchase it. I called a friend of mine at another CJDR store and within 3 days he sent me one a no charge. I tried to get it programed at Jimmy Britt but you wanted $119 dollars to do it. I'll have it done at one of the lock and key services. More

William White - I had never met William or been to Jimmy Britt Dealership prior to this visit. William White's demeanor, attentiveness, professionalism, and overall good character was impressive. I have purchased many vehicles over the last 25 years from Dodge Dealerships. Meeting William and having him as my salesman was truly a blessing. It was refreshing to deal with a young man that immediately let me know that he did not know everything there was about selling vehicles, but loved his job and would get me the answer to any question I had. William kept his word, always had a smile on his face, and worked diligently as he promised he would. (dressed very well too). I was so impressed by William, that I asked him to call his mother, which he did. I wanted to let her know that she and her husband had done a fantastic job raising their son and she should be proud of him - it just so happened, that it was his mother's birthday, and you could see her joy. I would have to say that I had a pleasant experience at Jimmy Britt / Statesboro, Ga and I highly recommend this dealership - and of course - ask for William White. More
