Worst dealership experience in years. I believe they damaged my car - they cannot provide proof that they did not do so despite claiming evidence that they did not do it. They also did not perform the work on the work order as described. I asked for proof and documentation to support their claims plus the name and contact information of the manager. They did not respond - only to a social media post. I disputed the charge on my credit card and now they are sending me bills and threatening finance charges. No thank you - I will not pay you for damaging my car and not performing the actions listed on the service order. I did not enjoy watching the "quick service" crew wiping down cars with dirty rags. More
