I couldn't be happier with the treatment and attention to detail these wonderful people provide. I take both my Jeep Grand Cherokees here for service and/or minor concerns I have and every time I am amazed at the customer service I receive. They go above and beyond my expectations, so much so that have the pleasure of shaking the technician's hand for fixing my vehicle issues and my own minor details of concern. It really means a lot to me when I can trust my dealer to not only perform routine maintenance, but also go beyond expectations and address my concerns. 5 star I know why I am rated a five star customer at the Westbury Jeep dealership, The reason why is that for over 10 years I continue to get top notch serv I know why I am rated a five star customer at the Westbury Jeep dealership, The reason why is that for over 10 years I continue to get top notch service either in purchasing new vehicles and used vehicles. Not only have I received great deals but the staff has always stood behind the product, with speed and class. As for the service department, in all my years of dealing with mechanics not one can hold a candle to Westbury Jeep's service department. They have always been there and beyond the call of duty. For example my wife was having some vehicle trouble on the Sourhern state Parkway She called Wesybury Jeep and they connected her to the service department. The lady in service "Kelly cooper " stayed on the phone with my wife until she pulled into the dealership, that is professionalism plus 10 in my book. These are the type procedures that are carried out at this dealership. I am proud to say that 3 drivers in our home drive a Jeep from this dealership and in a year and a half when my youngest drives it will be 4 Jeeps. More
