Pretty good experience overall. Found a dent on the hood of my brand new car when I got home (750miles away). Salesman would not respond to emails or texts to help resolve issue. Someone from the dealership eventually responded after 2 weeks and agreed to partially reimburse my repair bill. On a side note, the dealership had driven the new (black) car through a brush-type car wash leaving scratches over the entire car. I had to have a 2-stage paint correction completed to remove the scratches which cost me $800. More

Dealership was great. Sales person was new and definitely understand that. I feel like someone should have helped a little more instead of a “sink or swim” approach. It w Sales person was new and definitely understand that. I feel like someone should have helped a little more instead of a “sink or swim” approach. It would have saved multiple questions and trips back up to the dealership to program or fix something that should have been done at time of sale. He’s learning and we definitely have to learn, so nothing against him at all. He was super sweet. Just frustrating spending that much for a vehicle and not everything was set up and had to figure a lot out by myself. More
