I Had a problem with my light systèm and à possible expense of over $1500. Thé représentant did’t told me I was covered because my car is 2 years old. Came in for a recall problem. Engine light and other electrical . Spent over an hour and recall was partially fixed. Problem still occurring. Was told I need a new auxilliary Engine light and other electrical . Spent over an hour and recall was partially fixed. Problem still occurring. Was told I need a new auxilliary battery but they did not have it and to call back in 4 weeks. Dashboard still lighting up with issues and radio not working occasionally. So now I must call, then go back and spend another long wait and hope it is fixed. Was not told if the replacement battery was part of the recall. More

Customer service was a terrible experience, didn’t know anything and when questioned about the issue, they were very rude and defensive. Then preceded to GUESS. Winston ignored me for 15-20 minutes when I arrived for my appointment at the designated valet space for Mazda Service. I said hello, he looked at me, said nothing and went and helped the car that pulled i my appointment at the designated valet space for Mazda Service. I said hello, he looked at me, said nothing and went and helped the car that pulled in several minutes after me. Then he helped the car that pulled up after that one. When I finally came inside, he said “oh I thought you were a delivery driver or something.” So you don’t greet your delivery drivers either? You just ignore them when they say hello? And there was no apology for serving the people who came well after me. His language, attire, social skills were all unprofessional and he was rude to me whenever I asked a question. I was never thanked for my patronage, by anyone, and several people sat at their desks while I stood in line and could have been served by any one of them.
