Too much effort to upsell unnecessary services. Continued to press my wife after I told them no. Tried to have my wife replace her windshield because of insignificant surface nicks. Referenced extended warranty when recommending services then backed off when they realized the extended warranty was for the previous owner. When my wife told them I would look at the windshield, they referenced full coverage insurance to go ahead and. replace the windshield, even though there was no need to replace it. When I raised the issue with the service desk, they claimed it wasn’t them but outside personnel, who they apparently gave access to my wife’s vehicle. Don’t trust them. More

I had a complimentary oil change but was told it had expired, only to receive an email a few days after my service encouraging me to use my complimentary oil change. I tried to tell them that I had the expired, only to receive an email a few days after my service encouraging me to use my complimentary oil change. I tried to tell them that I had the complimentary oil change but they made up reasons for why it could not be redeemed anymore. I was offered various services I did not need at prices way above what I could be done for at other garages and with steep markups on labor and parts. More
