Winston ignored me for 15-20 minutes when I arrived for my appointment at the designated valet space for Mazda Service. I said hello, he looked at me, said nothing and went and helped the car that pulled i my appointment at the designated valet space for Mazda Service. When I finally came inside, he said “oh I thought you were a delivery driver or something.” So you don’t greet your delivery drivers either? You just ignore them when they say hello? And there was no apology for serving the people who came well after me. His language, attire, social skills were all unprofessional and he was rude to me whenever I asked a question. I was never thanked for my patronage, by anyone, and several people sat at their desks while I stood in line and could have been served by any one of them.
