Awesome service I have bought my last 4-5 vehicles from Woodhouse GMC (formerly Plaza GMC) and have always come away impressed. This experience was no different, and I have bought my last 4-5 vehicles from Woodhouse GMC (formerly Plaza GMC) and have always come away impressed. This experience was no different, and maybe more pleasant despite the difficult circumstances. We purchased a truck during the CoVid-19 pandemic so everything was done remotely. Jim Ziepke walked me through every step and was quick to answer all questions. I had trucks dropped off in my driveway for test drives and nearly all paperwork was done remotely. Mr. Ziepke and the staff were looking out for my safety and well being through the entire process, and was very open and honest to make sure I got the best deal possible. I HIGHLY recommend them for your new vehicle purchase (pandemic or not). More

Excellent Buying experience! Austin (Sales) was great to work with buying the 2020 GMC 1500 AT4 - very polite and respectful! KC on the sales management team offered realistic trade value and worked to to work with buying the 2020 GMC 1500 AT4 - very polite and respectful! KC on the sales management team offered realistic trade value and worked to adjust the final trade numbers to meet my expectations. Erin in Accessories was very helpful in finalizing the outfitting with what I wanted vs what I didn't need. Xavier helped deliver the vehicle and was very professional. All accomplished in a couple hours. Overall a great buying experience at Woodhouse GMC! More
