Great experience buying a '21 Venza on Saturday. Neal was easy to work with, didn't pressure us, and we appreciated allowing us to take the test drive without riding along as the dealer prior did. J Neal was easy to work with, didn't pressure us, and we appreciated allowing us to take the test drive without riding along as the dealer prior did. Just makes it easier to share back and forth on likes and dislikes when a dealer rep isn't riding along. Neal made the process easy and we got what we felt was a fair price. Never been there before. Nice dealership. Xavier, the finance manager, we also upbeat and easy to work with. Great experience overall. Ask for Neal if you visit! More
