Dear Ya’ala, I would like to express my deep gratitude and appreciation for the dedicated and warm service you provided during my car purchase. From the very first moment, your patience, care, and will and appreciation for the dedicated and warm service you provided during my car purchase. From the very first moment, your patience, care, and willingness to help from the heart stood out. Even when the situation was challenging regarding my credit, you didn’t give up. You invested thought and effort, guiding me every step of the way with patience and a respectful, calming attitude. Thanks to your persistence and professionalism, you managed to secure financing for me under excellent conditions—something I truly didn’t take for granted. I felt that I could rely on you, and that you went above and beyond to help—and that is something I will never forget. There is no doubt that you are an example and a model of true service, one that comes from the heart. I recommend to everyone to go to you, as I am sure they will receive the same wonderful care that I did. I wish you continued success in your work, that you may keep helping people with the same dedication, and that all the good you give to others will return to you many times over. With great appreciation and deep thanks, Sharon Cohen More

My wife and I had already given another dealership the go ahead for a Highlander when I came across a better deal on a Highlander that had more options at Pat Lobb. Yaela was our salesperson and I can't say ahead for a Highlander when I came across a better deal on a Highlander that had more options at Pat Lobb. Yaela was our salesperson and I can't say enough about how informative and nice she was to work with us. Yaela made the whole experience easy, informative and overall one of the best deals we have ever purchased. I called the other dealership and cancelled the purchase to buy from Pat Lobb due to her knowledge. In fact, everyone we spoke or dealt with had the best attitude and you could tell that they loved their job. We live in Garland, TX but I will give Pat Lobb our future oil changes, etc. going forward. More
