I visited several Genesis dealerships during my search, but Highland Park truly stood out. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt different — warmer, more personal, and refreshingly low-pressure. Theresa’s communication was exceptional: honest, informative, and always prompt. She patiently walked me through everything, including advanced features like Remote Smart Parking Assist and Highway Driving Assist, and explained financing options clearly.
