Mark is your guy! First time Lexus buyer and Mark Demma made it the BEST experience I could have. You can tell he is very proud to be selling Lexus vehicles. He made the whole process so easy and was very personable as well. Warm & down to earth - no HARD sell at all. I have other friends who have gotten cars there and I understand now why they keep coming back. I have been buying cars for over 40 years and this is the FIRST time I have ever gotten a big red bow on my new car!!! What a thoughtful gesture. Yasmine was so so nice in Finance and Dave really showed me around all the very cool features of my new car and offered future appointments if I had any questions. I LOVE my new car and am thrilled to be part of the Lexus family now!
