Obviously went well Enjoyed working with Dan, he is a great guy. There was no "over the top pressure" to close me, but he stayed engaged the appropriate amount. Didn't see much of senior management, possibly part of their approach to the customer sale process. Available inventory at Woodfield was key to my purchase and Dan was instrumental in my buying from them. More

Class act! Woodfield Lexus really knows how to treat their customers. When looking at cars in the showroom we were never pressured or annoyed by the sales peopl Woodfield Lexus really knows how to treat their customers. When looking at cars in the showroom we were never pressured or annoyed by the sales people. Once we were ready to purchase two months later we still didn’t get pressure during test drive. We were treated so kindly and we felt like we got a fair price. All the people we dealt with were professional and efficient! More

Mark is your guy! First time Lexus buyer and Mark Demma made it the BEST experience I could have. He listened to what I was looking for and showed me several options, First time Lexus buyer and Mark Demma made it the BEST experience I could have. He listened to what I was looking for and showed me several options, let me test drive 2 vehicles, and really explained all the features of each and of Lexus. You can tell he is very proud to be selling Lexus vehicles. He made the whole process so easy and was very personable as well. Warm & down to earth - no HARD sell at all. I have other friends who have gotten cars there and I understand now why they keep coming back. I have been buying cars for over 40 years and this is the FIRST time I have ever gotten a big red bow on my new car!!! What a thoughtful gesture. Yasmine was so so nice in Finance and Dave really showed me around all the very cool features of my new car and offered future appointments if I had any questions. I LOVE my new car and am thrilled to be part of the Lexus family now! We went to a Hawks game on Saturday night and the parking attendant was like "Oh, you have a Lexus... right over there in the special parking section". How about that?? I will highly recommend Mark and Woodfield Lexus to all I know.. More

Sales and service are warm and friendly; fast and efficient.. None of the arrogance and fast- talking that we saw constantly at the other dealership. One of the service reps. told us that he bought our trade -in Lexus and how much he loves it. It is always a pleasure to do business with Woodfield Lexus. More

My review and comments This company cares most sincerely to make their customers happy, trust them and build a bond. Most important, they are not sleazy sales people. They keep their word when you take your car for a service. athey said one hour, it was ready in 55 minutes. Really nice waiting environment. Coffee, bunch of other drinks, muffins and cookies. They all cost money. Yet they are not a cheap and penny pinching company. You really like that. Negative side: TV too loud, one TV for 10+ people with different cultures, backgrounds etc. TV does not have to be large. Give everyone 7" tablet where they enjoy all kinds of movies, games etc. Eliminate the noise in the waiting area for people to do their work, study, analyze etc. Also offer today's interesting publications, such as travel, archaeology, cars, consumer guide, what is coming down the road for technology. Do not be protective not to have publications shown your competition. Keep improving. Add more parking space for your customers. There are few comes to my mind. More
