They keep their word when you take your car for a service. athey said one hour, it was ready in 55 minutes. Really nice waiting environment. Coffee, bunch of other drinks, muffins and cookies. They all cost money. Yet they are not a cheap and penny pinching company. You really like that. Negative side: TV too loud, one TV for 10+ people with different cultures, backgrounds etc. TV does not have to be large. Give everyone 7" tablet where they enjoy all kinds of movies, games etc. Eliminate the noise in the waiting area for people to do their work, study, analyze etc. Also offer today's interesting publications, such as travel, archaeology, cars, consumer guide, what is coming down the road for technology. Do not be protective not to have publications shown your competition. Keep improving. Add more parking space for your customers. There are few comes to my mind. More

His knowledge of the ins and outs of the vehicle was extensive, his demeanor was unfailingly friendly and helpful and most importantly to me, he was ALWAYS available to answer questions or refer me to whomever in the dealership was best equipped to solve any problems! He even provided his personal phone number to me and more than once made himself available even when he was not in the office or enjoying his day off! Mine was an interstate purchase with the intendant difficulties that sometimes entails but all obstacles were quickly & efficiently dealt with! I love the car and Mark was correct when he told me he thought it was the most sensible purchase for my particular needs!
