When I purchased my first ES I had the good fortune to be able to purchase my 2nd vehicle from Woodfield Lexus last week with help from Eugene Merlin. When I purchased my first ES, I did not know how distinguished Lexus ownership would be. From the initial contact in 2007 through today, I have received excellent service; timely follow-up, respect and consideration for my time from knowledgeable sales and service team members and of course a high quality luxury vehicle that has never failed me. Last week, I handed down my first ES330 to my daughter and purchased a new one from Eugene with support from Yasmin and Rodel. It was like working with an old friend. For me, trust is a huge part of making a vehicle purchase. I'm glad that I can trust Lexus brand and the staff at Woodfield Lexus. This time was just as much of a delight as every time I have been there before. More

I chose to work specifically with Eugene Merlin as the Sales Associate to due to his genuine demeanor. I went in for test-drives to other Lexus dealerships, and spoken to multiple sales associates, including more than one at the Schaumburg location. Eugene was the first one to not prioritize the price. I would highly recommend him to anyone. It happened to be a very busy day for the dealership, however the rest of staff (especially Yasmine Azam and Derek Dukey) remained professional, accomodating, and friendly. More

Dan was very patient and helpful when we ordered the car, and kept me up to date for when the car would be delivered. Picking up the car was quick and easy - both Dan and Yazmin Azam were very helpful in explaining the additional packages and extended warranties available. Finally, Dave Gustafson spent the time to make sure that I understood and was able to use all the features on my new GS350. Any questions or issues we had with the car after delivery were resolved by both Dan Rosen and Josh Resnick to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend working with Dan Rosen at Woodfield Lexus. More
