My sales person, Mark Demma was unlike any other car sales person I have ever dealt with. I told Mark what I was looking for and he spent several months looking to find the right car for me. I almost purchased a 2007 Saab SUV and he explained to me the future problems I could encounter since Saab no longer exists and he helped me to understand that this particular Saab is really a Chevy and not the Saab I know from the 70's and 80's. I almost purchased a Mercedes SUV and my sales person mentioned a few good points with that vehicle that I had not realized. He saved me from another mistake. I felt as though my sales person was watching out for me like I was one of his close family members and not just another commission check, like I have experienced many times in the past. The staff at the dealership were all very friendly and professional. The business / finance department was efficient and professional as well. The dealership was exceptionally clean, service department organized and everyone was very nice. I would recommend this dealership and the sales rep, Mark Demma to my closest family member. I would drive across the United States to do business with this team because they are that good!! More

Red is not an easy find... even though the first car sold he promised he would get another to make it happen and he did. I went in after work and there she was waiting for me at the price I needed it to be with all the options I wanted. Thank you again Dan for making it happen! The service that I received from Woodfield Lexus was beyond Exceptional! I'd like to thank all of the sales associates that helped me throughout my experience: Josh, George, and Randy. They all made sure that I was well taken care of, and after price shopping with a lot of different Lexus dealerships, the benefits of going with Woodfield Lexus made everything worthwhile.I sat down and told them exactly what I was looking for, as well as my second color option - just in case they couldn't find my first one. Two days later, I got a call back and was told that they found my vehicle and would have it shipped in ASAP. While the finance documents were being prepared, I was shown all the features I can think of with the vehicle. The gentleman who had showed me was very informative and knowledgeable of exactly what everything was. This is the place you need to go to when looking for a new Lexus, because it's not just the service, but also the whole atmosphere of the building. Mrs. Azam made the final paperwork painless and quick. We ended up getting the protection plans for the car (dents and tires) because it was well worth it!
