We had to go a few times back tot he dealership but the last visit wa and patient. I want to highlight Jonny Pham as the best part of our experience. We had to go a few times back tot he dealership but the last visit was with Jonny and I can say that he represents what the experience should be when buying a luxury car. He is thorough, technical and patient. He has taken the time to test the software systems and create his own “cheat sheets” which he shares with the customers for better experience with the car. I have never seen that level of detail from a car dealership! For example: He showed us how to use the voice system in a way that won’t leave us asking the same question many times which he figured out on his own by experimenting in different ways.
