The dealership was really jumping when I went there on January 16, 2021. Everyone was friendly as usual. Everyone was Covid-19 compliant, wearing masks. I saw at least 6, maybe 7 different people who kept going to the pop-up dispenser for alcohol wipes. That was very reassuring. It was a pleasant experience. Everything went smoothly. The ONLY thing that took an excessive amount of time was waiting for my insurance (Esurance) to get on the line with us. That had nothing to do with Honda service or staff, which was excellent. I LOVE driving this car, I love the size, I love the smell, I love the color and I LOVE that it has a CD player. More

This was my 5th purchase and lease experience with DCH Kay Honda. My lease was ending and Ron sent me a text and an email. He made it so easy we literally got everything done except the signing of paper Kay Honda. My lease was ending and Ron sent me a text and an email.
