James was professional and courteous, and it was clear he was willing to work with me to get my new car to a price both of us were comfortable with without trying to hassle me into adding extra packages or add-ons to compensate for any lost profit. Everyone involved in my purchase was very polite and friendly, and they demonstrated a willingness to work with their customers that seems to have been lost among other dealerships (I'm looking at you, Fitzgerald Hyundai in Gaithersburg). 10/10, I will be buying future cars from James, and I will be referring anyone I can to them.
