Purchased a Land Rover from Yalcars, Chris the Sales person was awesome, polite, and very personable. From the first call back to end of sale his communication was great, took car for test drive and the person was awesome, polite, and very personable. From the first call back to end of sale his communication was great, took car for test drive and the passenger side tire area was smoking, when we brought the vehicle back we informed them and they had the mechanic look at it, right away he knew what repairs were needed, they fixed it and had me back for a test drive in one day. Test drove the vehicle again and all was well, The financing was just as easy with Yigit, he was very upfront about everything, talked a little fast, but that was it, he was very helpful and polite. The vehicle is awesome, my wife is Happy so all and all it was a great experience for us. More

I found YalCars while I was browsing on CarGurus for a new vehicle and found a car I loved (refer to picture). I submitted my request for more information, and only a short few minutes later I was receivi new vehicle and found a car I loved (refer to picture). I submitted my request for more information, and only a short few minutes later I was receiving a call from Danielle offering her help. I scheduled an appointment to view and test drive the car of interest later in the week. When I arrived, the staff was super kind and helpful. They responded to my questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. There were minor concerns with the vehicle I was looking at, but they worked with me to fix the problems before I came to pick up the keys. When I went back to finalize the paperwork, the process was super quick and easy. Danielle was super helpful and extremely kind to me through the entire process and it made my first experience with a car dealership a good one! The salesmen and women are not pushy at all, and they don’t try to talk you in to something you don’t want to do! I appreciate all the help they have given me and am pleased to say I would visit again in the future when the time comes! More
