Number one positive was the salesperson that I worked with during the process. Yoelis Fernandez went above and beyond on every aspect of the sales process. I never felt I was being sold as much as I was being helped purchase the car I wanted. They didn't have the Highlander Limited I was looking for at the dealership or in NY. Yoelis found it in CT and had it here in two days. I came in and he had taken care of everything he could. Gracie the sales manager also helped get the deal done. Thank you, Gracie. The only downside was the trade in value that I was given on a marginal 2011 Traverse. I totally understood that it wasn't pristine but they basically just gave me NO VALUE ($100.00). Insult. Should have been $2,000 .So I but was very disappointed in that aspect of my experience. So that gets a thumbs down. Finance manager Larry was terrific. Congrats on the baby! OVERALL 4 OUT OF 5 0 FOR TRADE IN. WOULD HAVE BEEN 5 out of 5. Ask for Yoelis! More
