This Rusnak Dealership also called Arcadia Mercedes Dealership gives me one of the worst experience on car maintenance. I was planning to drop off my Mercedes 2019 SLC300, and they need until next da Dealership gives me one of the worst experience on car maintenance. I was planning to drop off my Mercedes 2019 SLC300, and they need until next day to complete the service, but Arcadia Mercedes refuses to provides a car for me while they are serving my car until the next day or 2. What kind of dealership is this, I had Kia, not a luxury brand provides a loaner car for me, and this Arcadia Cgeap Dealer would NOT provides a loaner car??? I will buy my new Mercedes 580 NOT at Arcadia, I will buy it at West Covina Mercedes, as they always provide a loaner car for me! RUSNAK IS A BAD CAR DEALERSHIP, I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM IN ANY OF THEIR CAR DEALERSHIPS! CHEAP!!! More
