Alan Woodyard, my Service Advisor, is the best! !! When I took my vehicle to Kia this time for service, Alan made sure everything was taken care of, as usual, on my vehicle!!! And Alan not only take !! When I took my vehicle to Kia this time for service, Alan made sure everything was taken care of, as usual, on my vehicle!!! And Alan not only takes great care of my vehicle, but he takes great care of me too!!! Alan keeps me informed about the status of my vehicle; what is going on with it. Alan doesn’t leave me waiting for hours, without informing me where my vehicle is in the service process - no matter how busy he is and he gets pretty busy. But Alan always takes the time to communicate with me on what is going on with my vehicle!!! I also had a second Service Advisor this time, Tyler Emberson, and one of the Managers, Ryan, helping me while Alan was out when I first took my vehicle into service. And although this was my first time meeting them, Tyler and Ryan stepped in and took great care of me!!! They both also took the time to keep me informed on what was going on with my vehicle!!! Thank you all, Tyler, and Ryan, for taking great care of me!!! I appreciate you all very much!!! Also, Corey Brooks, my favorite Mechanic, as always, made sure everything on my vehicle was checked out and serviced correctly!!! Corey did an excellent job, as always, when he serviced my vehicle!!! And all the other Mechanics have done a great job on serving my vehicle when I have taken it to Kia for service. And I want to mention four more people at Kia of Leesburg, who always make me feel welcome, comfortable, and make sure I am well taken care of are Yohan, the General Manager, Lynn, the Receptionist, Serhan, my Salesman, and Max, my Finance Manager - these are their titles but they all are my friends first!!!! And so are Alan, and Corey!!!! I have built a great relationship with them over the years I have been going to Kia to have my vehicle serviced, purchase a vehicle, and through referring my friends there. Now I have two new friends, Tyler, and Ryan. I love taking my vehicle to Kia of Leesburg; I receive great service from Alan and Corey, and encounter great people!! The staff whom I have encountered when I visited there, are great!! I highly recommend Kia of Leesburg to have your vehicle serviced and to purchase a vehicle!! Thank you to all the people at Kia of Leesburg, who have made my experience at Kia of Leesburg a great one!!! More

I purchased a vehicle in December of 2024, two weeks later the vehicle was sidelined for a recall issue, there was no fix for the issue. It is going on 6months, and Kia or the dealer has done nothing t later the vehicle was sidelined for a recall issue, there was no fix for the issue. It is going on 6months, and Kia or the dealer has done nothing to resolve the issue. No one has offered me any resolution. I have talked to corporate as well as general manager... nothing!! I am out $26,000. and no vehicle. Communication with service and corporate is less than helpful, sometimes rude and defensive. I'm the customer !! They have my money and I can't do anything about it. Do NOT BUY !! More

Kia of Leesburg made buying a new vehicle a pleasant experience. Sales Advisor Rob G was very knowledgeable of the Carnival HEV we purchased, and Sales leader Bill C agreed to reasonable and fair new v experience. Based on our limited experience with Kia of Leesburg at this point, I would highly recommend them for purchasing a vehicle. More

I have been with KIA since 2010. Reason I have stayed with KIA this long has been because of excellent customer service. When I bought my 2024 KIA Sportage and needed to bring my Reason I have stayed with KIA this long has been because of excellent customer service. When I bought my 2024 KIA Sportage and needed to bring my vehicle in for service, I noticed many new faces and unfortunately the experience that I had was extremely stressful. Follow up with customer by service advisor DEFINITELY needs to be improved. I was told that Ryan Cross was new, so I am hoping that his customer service skills will improve. Customer communication was Literally non-Existent. Had I not made it a point to be proactive and reach out via text, as phone calls were not returned, I would not have heard anything. Which continued to be a challenge throughout the time my vehicle was there, I then felt the need to reach out to the General Manager Yohan Danino and Service Manager, Jose Toledo. These two gentleman were EXCELLENT. They both took the time to listen and HEAR my concerns. They took the time to research the issue, pick up the phone and contact their counterparts for assistance and managed to resolve issue within a 2 week period after our initial conversation. The timeframe that my brand new car was at KIA for service was from July 23, 2024 to September 10, 2024. Overall I will continue with KIA. as I have recently purchased my new car from them. I am hopeful that KIA of Leesburg will be able to keep their current Managers on staff, as well as provide educational opportunities to their service advisors on the importance of customer service as that is probably 90% of their job. Customer service and perception are key to a happy buyer/customer. Thank you for giving the opportunity to share my experience with KIA of Leesburg. More
