The only reason we rated Yoko a 4/5 is that she was relatively new and not as knowledgeable about the Lexus rx450h as we had hoped for. We were disappointed in the fact that Yoko's boss was not very accommodating in making things right with us on discounting after the car appraiser broke our rear window and we had to pay $940 to fix it prior to trading our vehicle in. He was also very pushy about us signing papers for the car prior to the car being on the lot and us seeing it in person. They offered the delivery expert person to be on site when we picked up the car so we could learn all the car technology before leaving the dealership. That person was on vacation when we picked up the car. We were disappointed in the quality of tires that came with the car. The finance department staff was very professional and thorough. We do like the car though. Very disappointed in the whole Lexus dealership experience though. More
