Sales person Yoko was great, she was very helpful and she did a great job to sell me my truck, the dealership on the other hand was quit the pain in my you know what!! I drove 3 hours to this dealership to b did a great job to sell me my truck, the dealership on the other hand was quit the pain in my you know what!! I drove 3 hours to this dealership to buy this specific vehicle, I had all the paper work needed to trade in my vehicle and buy the one that I drove 3hrs down to get, finance had an issue with the paper work and would not release the vehicle that I bought from them, I was there all day, did not leave until 7:30 pm, and drove back home 3 hours with out my new vehicle I just bought, then come Monday, I took the day off from work and drove back down 3 hrs and still waited around for 2 hrs while finance did more paper work to get me the vehicle that I bought on Saturday. Very disappointed with this dealership, sales people where great. Finance was not good at all. More
