Sales consultant YONG SHIN! Was absolutely awful. He was also extremely racist and clearly acting in bad faith. During the 25–30 minute process, he made us incredibly uncomfort Was absolutely awful. He was also extremely racist and clearly acting in bad faith. During the 25–30 minute process, he made us incredibly uncomfortable and frustrated. He asked a long list of unnecessary and irrelevant questions that had nothing to do with the vehicle purchase. He spoke to us in a very condescending and insulting manner. He made comments like, “You can’t afford this,” and kept asking inappropriate questions such as, “How much are you going to pay?”, “Why are you staying in America?”, “Is your husband rich?”, and “Why aren’t you paying yourself a salary from your own company if you’re here on E-2 status?” ‘’ $5000 gross paystub is not enough for $40.000 car’’!! He repeatedly mocked us while speaking and seemed determined to belittle us. From the very beginning, his attitude, facial expressions, and the way he looked at me made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. He constantly brought the conversation back to my immigration status in the United States. I am an investor, I own a company, and I am legally here under E-2 status if you worried more you can Google it. His only goal seemed to be humiliating the person sitting across from him. He would throw paperwork in front of me and then snatch it back while I was trying to read it. The entire interaction was disrespectful and unprofessional. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Please delete all of my personal information from your records immediately. This experience was unacceptable. You should be ashamed of how your customers are treated. You’re almost 70 years old. Maybe it’s time to retire instead of sitting there humiliating and belittling people!! He kept asking me, “If you’re on an E-2 visa, why aren’t you paying yourself a salary from your own company?” Frankly, that’s none of his business. My personal financial decisions are not relevant to buying a vehicle. He also asked whether my husband was wealthy. Again, that is none of his business. Then he turned around and said, “Well, if your husband is rich, then put down a $15,000 down payment.” These comments were completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and unrelated to the purpose of our visit. Instead of discussing financing options respectfully, he seemed more interested in judging our personal circumstances and making insulting assumptions about our finances More
