The salesperson John is very knowledge and patient about all the questions we had about the car. However the financial staff Juan Chavez, is really impolite and inpatient. He refuse to provide us the receip all the questions we had about the car. However the financial staff Juan Chavez, is really impolite and inpatient. He refuse to provide us the receipt and the contract after we paid and signed. This is ridiculous and gives me an unprofessional impression.
