I took my Bronco Sport in for my 30,000 mile check up. I was able to have my service rep Geo call me back to schedule this. Geo greeted me with a smile and asked about any concerns. I was in and out in ab I was able to have my service rep Geo call me back to schedule this. Geo greeted me with a smile and asked about any concerns. I was in and out in about one hour. They washed my Bronco for me. I have always received great customer service here and would highly recommend them. More

Disappointed that my call was answered by an AI generated voice system. Not at all helpful for the maintenance I requested. Had to talk to a real live person to get usual excellent customer service. Also had voice system. Not at all helpful for the maintenance I requested. Had to talk to a real live person to get usual excellent customer service. Also had to wait 8 hrs at dealership before being told my car wouldn't be done until next day. Did appreciate the Uber lift. In business my motto has always been :under promise and over deliver" was a bit disappointed that I had to wait that long. Otherwise workmanship and customer service rep was outstanding. More

After more than a month waiting for the parts made me go 3 times. After going three times the issues wasent solve. First time told me they order the wrong parts. Second time told me they need to order other 3 times. After going three times the issues wasent solve. First time told me they order the wrong parts. Second time told me they need to order other replacement part. Third time only change one broken part but not repair o replaced the scratched window. There’s no communication between the areas. For me going three times made me change my job schedule and costs afforded by myself. They don’t have loaner or any shuttle home. I live 40 minutes from the dealer. I’m not happy with Wayne Akers. It’s sad to feel that way but it is what it is More
