Due to Covid 19 concerns as a senior, my first contact with the dealer was internet sales. All requested information was provided regarding my interest in the 2021 Forester Touring model. Brought in my ca with the dealer was internet sales. All requested information was provided regarding my interest in the 2021 Forester Touring model. Brought in my car to assess trade in value and set up date to purchase the car. Met with the in house very professional sales rep. who brought me through all pertinent car information and paperwork seamlessly. Completed purchase in about 1 hour! Wonderful experience. Thanks!! She made sure I didn't forget the small details, such as the CD player and E-ZPass and even got me a small baggie for my smaller items. Before I pulled away, she went through each feature in the car and how it works. Now I can fully take advantage of the many amazing features my new Subaru has to offer! The man I signed the paperwork with was also very polite (John I believe his name was??) They're all willing to work with you and get you the best deal possible. Overall, very pleasant experience!
