She made sure I didn't forget the small details, such as the CD player and E-ZPass and even got me a small baggie for my smaller items. Before I pulled away, she went through each feature in the car and how it works. Now I can fully take advantage of the many amazing features my new Subaru has to offer! The man I signed the paperwork with was also very polite (John I believe his name was??) They're all willing to work with you and get you the best deal possible. Overall, very pleasant experience!
