Made up some excuse about how it always happens and proceeded to show me some random used Subaru in the parking lot as justification. They also tried to rip me off on a tailgate installation. They wanted to charge me $1080 and I called Irvine Subaru and they quoted me $750 for the exact same thing. Didn’t even price match when I told them that, so just decided to do it elsewhere. More
