The sales associate Nelly Moreno was very informative about all aspects of the vehicle and went out of her way to make us feel very comfortable during the process. We were able to negotiate a price that we were very comfortable and satisfied with and felt no pressure. Nelly then brought us over to the finance manager, Yuri Miyakawa who also made us feel comfortable and we were able to work out a few more details with him that ultimately made us go ahead with the deal. Yuri was very professional and understanding of our needs and we walked away with a good feeling. Nelly showed us all the features in the CRV and even set up my wife’s phone and radio stations. She was a true pleasure. I recommend Nelly Moreno if you need to go there but it seemed like all the associates were very cordial as well. We recommend Honda Of Staten Island based on our very good experience there. More

The worries of being financially taken advantage of, or not having my needs heard were very real. Fortunately, with Yuri's help, these were not something i needed to worry about. We discussed my price range, and he made it aware that I may not find what I am looking for, but he was willing to show me what was closest to what I could afford. I had explained to him that although I am 25, that I was in no was interested in all the bells and whistles I'm sure my age group demands from a new vehicle. This he respected, and pointed me in the right direction. After looking at a large variety different models and seeing which ones included what; I found the right car for the right price. I was looking for a certified, pre owned vehicle with warranty within my price range and that's where I landed and i couldn't be happier. Thanks to Yuri I found the best car for me.
