Yuriel did a fantastic job of explaining all the different Mini models and features. I appreciated his knowledge and we never felt pressured. After we chose what we wanted, he kept in touch with u different Mini models and features. I appreciated his knowledge and we never felt pressured. After delivery, he has been in touch to make sure everything was fine with the vehicle and If we had any questions.
