Outstanding Went in for an oil change and left with a new vehicle. Gave up 2015 Optima for a 2020 Sorento S.It was was my mother's car willed to me, so it was a little hard to let go. There was no pressure to buy and the payment plan was less than I asked. The up sale during fiance wasn't pressured and my wishes were honored. Now, you have to ask for the service and the last time "detailing" was performed, the interior of the car was not vacuumed. Yosef always does a great job with the greeting and the service writers perform their tasks well. Unfortunately the back side details are not to the same standard as they once were. More
