I recently purchased my BMW and I worked with Yvonne. Yvonne helped me build my vehicle - she was very patient and helpful. The manager, Rob came out to introduce himself to my husband and myself . Between him and Yvonne they were able to locate the vehicle I built. The day we went to pick up my vehicle Doug was extremely knowledgeable about the different options. The vehicle offers many options which Doug went over - but offered to go more options at a further date if I needed any help. We also met with Adam from Finance who helped us with the different packages. McGovern has a great team of employees.
