They are awesome not pushy and always have great service. They always wash and vacuum my car which is super nice benefit too! I like having Starbucks coffee there too when I have to wait. Yvonne was great, service was exactly as expected. Only complaint: said they would vacuum, did not. I have been going to Jackson Acura since 2011. They have always provided great customer service. The service associate Pat, was very rude, abrasive and kept cutting me off when I tried to tell him about an issue I have had with my vehicle - I finally stopped Yvonne and she, not only listened but also kept cutting me off when I tried to tell him about an issue I have had with my vehicle - I finally stopped Yvonne and she, not only listened but also went to the shop manager and he resolved my issue!
