Good but a little unorganized Brought my car in for a simple oil change only to find out there was an issue with the oil pan. That was all straightforward but I was there a long ti Brought my car in for a simple oil change only to find out there was an issue with the oil pan. That was all straightforward but I was there a long time while they tried to find me a loaner. Had to leave on foot and get picked up by a friend. Not really a fault of the service person but I wish I would have gotten a notice before time. Also they refuse to clean the inside of my car, which they used to do. Also $450 in labor for 1 mechanic for a day is a little extreme. More

Recall Experience I had an appt. for a recall on my 2016 Acura TXL for the fuel injection system. Yvonne took care of me and told me how long it would take. Even though I had an appt. for a recall on my 2016 Acura TXL for the fuel injection system. Yvonne took care of me and told me how long it would take. Even though she said the service would take over an hour, I really didn't mind because I was able to work on my laptop in a private office. The only bad thing about going there is I live almost an hour from the dealership and traffic is always rough. However, they always have appts open on the hour/day I want to come. More

Yvonne was great! She was able to get some additional unexpected work approved which really helped. And all of this happened last Friday, on her day off. I should be so lucky. The only nagging issue (believe or not, Yvonne) is that heat shield "CLANK" situation, which is still happening today. Maybe we can have another look on my next visit.... More

Problem solved! It took 3 visits for the error message to get fixed, but Yvonne was a HUGE help. She had them keep my new car (2 months old) until they found out whi It took 3 visits for the error message to get fixed, but Yvonne was a HUGE help. She had them keep my new car (2 months old) until they found out which sensor wasn’t working. I had a loaner to use in the mean time. Also, Brittany helped me when Yvonne wasn’t available. Great team support! More

Honestly, I purposely scheduled an appt. online with Yvonne R. at the last second because I only had access to the vehicle for 24 hours. When I arrived in the Service Bay, Yvonne was on her way out and didn't seem to have my appointment on her schedule. Yvonne accommodated me and my concerns about the bumper cover the best she could, but because she had to leave - conveyed my concerns about the underbody/bumper damage to Brittiany Byas - who suggested calling in a third-party collision specialist to take a look. I had no problem interacting with the specialist, but was really surprised Brittiany didn't discuss what should be done to address potential concerns with me directly and had another service advisor close out my service visit. My experience with Yvonne has been pretty good so far - but I am reserving the right to change my mind re: Jackson's service... More

In and out I came to the dealership for a 10,000 service appointment for my RDX. Yvonne was great to work with and quickly got a mechanic to take my car away. Good repair, good service, good customer interface I blew a tire on my new MDX and did not know how to get to spare. I called my salesman Sergei who walked me through the process and then recommended I blew a tire on my new MDX and did not know how to get to spare. I called my salesman Sergei who walked me through the process and then recommended I call Acura roadside. We had a blip with Acura roadside, mainly because of the local businesses they sent ( 2of 3 could not fix car) but the dealership side of the situation was excellent. The car was finally towed in by the third company and Sergei and Yvonne from service took over. Communication was great as was service. Yvonne went out of her way to work with the insurance company to get as much as possible covered. More
