Top notch service!!! Look, nobody wants to hear they have a list of services that need to be done but it happens. I am just thankful Yvonne worked with me on getting the Look, nobody wants to hear they have a list of services that need to be done but it happens. I am just thankful Yvonne worked with me on getting the services I needed without nickel and diming. Her communication was professional, my loaner car was ready and everything was back in order promptly. When I first got my Acura, I went to another dealership which may actually be closer but this location is much nicer. I will use Jackson as my exclusive service partner going forward. More

First of all Jackson Acura's excellent service and resulting peace of mind are why I will always bring my 2013 MDX to this dealership for maintenance. First of all, Acura built a solid automobile which, being well maintained, has given me years of reliable transportation. Mechanical reliability rates very high with me, and these folks do a great job of maintaining my MDX. Nick Covino, and his associates over the years, have always provided complete, ongoing and expeditious service, with a nice touch of one-on-one friendliness. Their attention to detail is excellent, and their mechanics are top notch. During my last visit, in addition to the maintenance, they even cleaned a winter's worth of grime off the inside of the windshield. Whether it is long drives up and down the east coast, or a day of multiple errands in the local area, thanks to Jackson Acura's service department, I can always "hit the road" in complete confidence. These are good people to deal with, and I recommend them very highly. More

Exceptional Customer Service I recently purchased my Acura TLX (Eboni) from CarMax. I roll it there one time for an oil change and I was not pleased as they did nothing else. As I I recently purchased my Acura TLX (Eboni) from CarMax. I roll it there one time for an oil change and I was not pleased as they did nothing else. As I was researching which dealership to take my vehicle to, Jackson Acura received rave reviews from my godsister. My very first visit, Brittany, was so helpful and provided me with a list of services that Eboni wouls need for optimal care. I was so impressed by her knowledge as well as Yvonne. Those are my go to ladies. I hate to say that if neither one of them are present, I would rather bring my vehicle back than to work with anyone else. Yvonne and Brittany have exceptional customer service and very knowledgeable. Thank you both! More
