I always get good service here. I was one of MANY other car owners coming in for a service recall - I also came for an oil change. Needless to say, they were VERY busy. Yet, I came I was one of MANY other car owners coming in for a service recall - I also came for an oil change. Needless to say, they were VERY busy. Yet, I came in, was immediately seen, they took my car in for service, and I enjoyed the free WiFi while I waited. Then to top it all off, for a nice touch, my service adviser remembered my previous experience with a loaner car. The personal touch is always nice. Thank you. More

I always enjoy learning better ways to care for my MDX, so I really appreciated the explanations and suggestions I recieved from my service associate. That information means a lot to me! I also enjoyed a nice cup of coffee, and even a piece of lasagna that was offered by my service associate, that was an extra treat that I realize is not always going to be there, but thanks for the generosity! Exemplary customer service I went to Jackson Acura after my car was in a smash and grab. The rear driver side window was smashed and there was damage to the window mechanism and I went to Jackson Acura after my car was in a smash and grab. The rear driver side window was smashed and there was damage to the window mechanism and trim. Additionally, one of my key fobs was stolen along with my purse. Jackson Acura did a phenomenal job with the repair, but the customer service is what truly stands out. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Yvonne Russell. She went above and beyond to help get my car repaired quickly and worked with my insurance company to get them to understand the repair was much more extensive than just a window replacement. After experiencing such a traumatic event, it was comforting to have such a caring service team repairing my car. Yvonne called me every day with updates on the status of the repairs. Her personal engagement was nothing like I have experienced at other Acura dealerships. I typically do not have routine service on my MDX performed at the dealership, but after my experience with Yvonne and Jackson Acura, I don't plan on taking my car anywhere else. More
