Way to many problems with Jackson Acura Service Department We've had really bad luck with this service department over the past 4 years. We now own 2 Acuras and unfortunately this is the only convenient dealer We've had really bad luck with this service department over the past 4 years. We now own 2 Acuras and unfortunately this is the only convenient dealership location. 1) Bought a new 2015 RDX and got total non-customer service during the big airbag recall. Fortunately the salesperson at Roswell Toyota told me how to get my airbag replaced immediately vs waiting for months and months. I wish I would have bought that Highlander now. 2) Brought cars in more than once and the service that I paid for wasn't performed. One time it was windshield wipers and the next time it was the wife's tire rotation. Who knows what other service I paid for that they didn't perform! 3) They tried to charge me for a "missing" lug nut during a tire rotation. I had just hand-washed and detailed the car the night before the visit. You know I would have seen a missing or loose lug not don't you? Sounds like service tech lost a lug nut and tried to get one out of me. Is trying to charge $15 for a lug nut a nice way to make an extra profit off my service visit? 4) Every luxury car dealer should offer a free loaner for service work. That's what we were promised with both new vehicle purchases here. More than once I have gotten "whining" about "It's such a short service, we normally don't provide loaners for this service" when I called to make an appointment. 5) It took 3 times to repair the rear hatch on my RDX and make it go up all the way up like when it was new. Pressure shocks were worn out within warranty but dealership didn't want to replace them. "Made an adjustment" the first time instead. The next time they "couldn't re-create it" and finally on the 3rd time they got it right. I can only speculate that the dealer has an incentive to deny warranty claims. Honda/Acura quality isn't what it used to be and warranty repairs must be higher than anticipated. So, instead of doing the right thing and fixing it right the first time, I got the total run-around. Needless to say, my next vehicle will not be an Acura and we are done doing business with this dealership. More

Excellent Service Yvonne was spectacular. She was extremely professional, even down to how she was dressed. She was super warm, and made me feel like a member of the J Yvonne was spectacular. She kept me updated of my car’s progress, and even gave me advice that saved me money!!! I purchased my car new from Ed Voyal, and prior to coming to Jackson they had done all of the services on my car. However, they did not operate with the level of professionalism and class that I received from Yvonne and your maintenance team. Should my next car be an Acura I will definitely purchase it from Jackson based on my first experience. More

Regular maintenance checkup I went in for my regular maintenance checkup, and was notified that I needed new tires. Yvonne was great!
