Rocky Start but things have turned back around! I was happy with the purchase but I had a rough start with the service group. I have since changed my opinion! Still not impressed I bought the extended maintenance package which includes 4 oil changes. I'm stuck, like it or not. Not is accurate. I don't like the service schedule I bought the extended maintenance package which includes 4 oil changes. I'm stuck, like it or not. Not is accurate. I don't like the service schedule, no oil change appointments after 2pm during the week even though they close at 5pm. Because I have to be at work early, it has to be on a Saturday. Even if u get an early morning appointment after the initial 7-10 day window for an appt, it still is a 2 hour event. Why so long to change oil? They say it because the do all these checks. So do the other chains and they do it in 20 minutes, no appt! In my last review I complained about a $30 charge for tire rotation so they sent me a reminder and a coupon for a free rotation. That was a plus but I don't kno why its not included in the maintence package. Overall, I wouldn't go there if it was out of pocket. More

Service with a twist. I made an appointment for normal oil change and asked for the mechanic to look for cause of intermittent squealing that I associated to a pulley. It t I made an appointment for normal oil change and asked for the mechanic to look for cause of intermittent squealing that I associated to a pulley. It turned out to be the serpentine belt that had some glazing on it in places. The twist was that because they were busy my car went untouched till late in the day and as a result the mechanic stayed after hours to put a new belt in so I would not be inconvenienced another day. Nice! I like all the people there and they recognize me and always are courteous and helpful. My van has 200K miles and they have kept it in very good mechanical shape. That is why I go there. More

My experience with Danbury Chrysler Jeep We couldn't be more pleased. This is our first Jeep Grand Cherokee and we love it. Our salesman was more than a salesman. He was so accommodating a We couldn't be more pleased. This is our first Jeep Grand Cherokee and we love it. Our salesman was more than a salesman. He was so accommodating and very knowledgeable. He was very helpful with whatever questions we might have. We couldn't be more pleased with Luiz. I have stopped a few times to ask him questions about the different functions and he would stop what he was doing and help, always reassuring me that he would always be there to help anytime. He was great! He will definitely be our future salesman! The service department is great. I dealt with Yvonne Scarduzio. She was so helpful. She provided us with a rental while ours was in the shop and made the experience of "a service department" more relaxing. She kept me informed from day to day. There are not too many dealerships that would even care if you had a car after you dropped yours off. You would have to find your way. I think this is a BIG plus for a dealership to give you this service. We were very pleased with this whole experience. We hated giving our Jeep up for the time, but she made it easier. Thank you all. Can't say enough! More
