I graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a degree in Business Administration and Sports Management/Marketing. After graduating I joined the Rohrman Toyota team in the summer of 2014 as a sales and leasing associate. Over the past 8 years I have been able to work with customers in numerous departments. The thing I love about the people of Lafayette is the value of relationships. Lafayette is a growing community that still values the small town values. They didn’t keep in touch with me about what was going on. They had my car for 6months. They were to fix a/c system and in the process broke another part and scratched up my bumper. They did only the bare on. They had my car for 6months. They were to fix a/c system and in the process broke another part and scratched up my bumper. They did only the bare minimum and cheapest work to fix the bumper, which they did not fix, still can see the scratch. Still had to take car back to get a/c recalibrated. They are incompetent. More

This is the first time in 18 years of doing business that we have been unhappy with Rohrman Toyota. The determining factor this time was the “Lo Jack” put on our vehicle without allowing us time to conside we have been unhappy with Rohrman Toyota. The determining factor this time was the “Lo Jack” put on our vehicle without allowing us time to consider if we really wanted it. Also, we thought we had a working trade and then were told you all were offering us $500. less for our vehicle. We said yes to the “Lo Jack”, but when we had time to think about it, we decided we didn’t want it at all. When we called to see if it could be changed, we got the run around from staff. We were told someone would call, but we had to keep calling Rohrman because our calls were ignored. We still haven’t heard from the General Manager whom we were told he would call us. We are very disappointed in the integrity and respect of your staff. More
