I got a response from a car i was interested in to come test drive from Bozard. The man I spoke with was Zach Gibbs. I preceded to tell him of the visit November 2023. Told him my story. All Zach wanted to is have me come back in to the dealership to get a better experience. We'll he didn't disappoint. He had a team of a young men named Michael, Shane and himself Zach. I came in and was greeted by Zach and had Michael show me the car I was interested in. I said yes...to the car. They made the whole car buying so easy. Best experience ever at a dealership. Especially being a woman. I always get anxious when dealing with car salesmen. I just feel I'm going to be taken advantage of. Zach and Michael were here to change that mind set for me ..and they did! I got the car I wanted without all the anxiety. The deal was seamless. I was in and out in 1 1/2 hours. Unheard of in my past experiences. Then I met with Shane finance guy. He to was unbelievable. Walked me through every bit of the paperwork. Absolutely NO pressure. Plus got a warranty on my new car for 6 years. All these guys treated me as they would their own family. If anyone is looking to buy a car and (you're a women). Highly recommend this trio. It was the best experience i have EVER had at buying a car. Best interest rate too. So give Zach Gibbs, Michael and Shane a jingle they won't disappoint.
