I was born in St. Louis and have spent the majority of my life here. I graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in 2008. When I'm not at work you can find me at a sporting event or concert. Although I've been here almost my entire life there are still places all over the city I enjoy exploring. Trying out restaurants, breweries, and dive bars that I haven't been to has also become part of my weekly activity list. I like to think I bring a laid back attitude with the right amount of professionalism when you're here at the dealership looking to purchase a vehicle. Location, particularly for upcoming service is important. The glitches associated with moving did cause a problem in forcing a wait of over one hour for the finance station. However, the wait was not a significant inconvenience and was beyond the control of the people on the floor in the dealership. More

Quick and efficient I called during lunchtime to see if I can bring my car in and was told to bring my car in right away. Two hours later safety omissions test was done I called during lunchtime to see if I can bring my car in and was told to bring my car in right away. Two hours later safety omissions test was done and they even provided me a courtesy car so I can run errands while my car was being inspected. Excellent customer service, highly recommended! They even called before the work was done to inform me of needed service and estimated cost, which I plan to bring back when I have the time and money. More

Unclear time estimate The service was wonderful. My only issue was time. On the phone I was told I couldn't get a loaner because it would take less than an hour. When I pu The service was wonderful. My only issue was time. On the phone I was told I couldn't get a loaner because it would take less than an hour. When I pulled in, they told me it would be an hour and a half, but I couldn't get a loaner as none were available. I had my one year old with me. In all, it took just over 2 hours. I wish they would have just let me get a loaner. More
