This was NOT a pleasant experience getting the run around for 20 days after I bought the truck, in spite of many call I made to the dealer. Few return calls. Seemed not interested in doing contract repairs n for 20 days after I bought the truck, in spite of many call I made to the dealer. Few return calls. Seemed not interested in doing contract repairs nor warranty repairs. Advertised mileage was 33,711. Actual mileage was 35,001 (36,000 warranty) I spoke with 4 different people. The first three pointed fingers. I had to threaten taking truck back today dealer and get refund to get them to do what they should have done within a few days. I really could not drive the truck during those 20 days. They had it for 4 days and I had only 1 key and no lug nut key. I could say more negative and give names, but so won’t. I am writing this so others don’t let this happen to them. Be forwarned. I was and am disappointed at their communication and service. Hopefully, it gets better. More
