With over 20 years in the retail automotive business, I have a vast knowledge of overall service and repairs for both Import and Domestic vehicle makes. Prior to the service industry, I was a Corrections Officer in the State of Nevada and also was a Quality Control Lieutenant for a Private Security company in charge of of both property patrols and armed alarm response for both business and residential clients. After experiencing a horrible mechanical issue I first took it to another dealership. They brushed it off and sent me on my way. My car failed again in the same manner, nearly causing an accident. I turne took it to another dealership. They brushed it off and sent me on my way. My car failed again in the same manner, nearly causing an accident. I turned to Manly Honda, in a complete panic they were super reassuring and had me in a loaner car in no time. It's turned into a complex issue and my service advsior America has been amazing through the frustrating process. More

Great service. They help you out really quickly and even provided an Uber because my car was going to take a little long. Great customer service from Jennifer and America getting me help with my car trouble and my rental car. I had a concern about Jesus not returning my phone calls and messages from my ongoing concern to sched me help with my car trouble and my rental car. I had a concern about Jesus not returning my phone calls and messages from my ongoing concern to schedule another appointment from a previous repair attempt on my audio unit. We tried to talk to Service Manager Zach, and he did not address the problem in any matter, and he pushed away our concern without even listening to what we needed to say. Incredibly unprofessional manner to address a customer concern and very terrible way to treat a customer. While attempting to talk to Zach, he cut off what we needed to say, and clapped his hands together to break away the conversation. Next time ill be bringing my business elsewhere. More
