Had a badly leaking tire and other tires pretty worn. So, decided last minute to replace them. Called service and was referred to Zachary Ruppert for assistance. He took my tire info called me right back to tell me which tires were in stock and the prices. Their prices were very good and included alignment which was extra at the tire places. Zach told me I could come right in for service. He was very courteous and helpful. They checked out everything and advised me of all services that were due. But, no pressure to complete them at this visit. I have always had excellent service at Crown when I purchased vehicles and when bringing them in for service. More
