Zach Ruppert was my service rep. From the moment I described the problems with CRV (mainly electronic messages) he jumped into action and solved them within minutes. I was impressed by both his friendly manner and his competence. He is currently checking the Canadian Honda site to find a solution to another problem. (I'm a snow bird and my CRV is a Canadian model) I've no doubt that Zach will find a solution to replacing the passenger seatbelt that my dog chewed through! As well, everyone else whom I encountered at Crown Honda was friendly and personable. It seems to be that they're all happy working there. More

Service Representative Zachery Ruppert was attentive and efficient. He didn’t try to push unnecessary maintenance. He was helpful taking care of my transportation needs, as was Kenny, the driver, who adjus efficient. He didn’t try to push unnecessary maintenance. Joey Sutnick was wonderful to work with. He helped me find the perfect next car for me and assisted in ordering it. Joey took the time to patiently show me all the awesome features my new Civic offered and made sure I was happy with all aspects of the vehicle. Tim in financing was a joy and a straight-shooter. He was funny and warm-natured, and explained all the options for me. Both Troy and Justin were helpful in management with negotiating my trade-in value. This is my second purchase at Crown and I will not hesitate to recommend them, or to return when I or family are ready for future vehicles. More
