I've had quite the unique experience, so I feel this review will be very helpful to a lot of people. First off, I was just out in the parking lot and bumped into Kai. Completely laid back process with him from the start, couldn't recommend a better sales guy. Beau was also good to work with, though not as much face to face time this initial day. Finance department it turns ugly. I've never been met with such high pressure sales tactics to upsell all those "addons" (warranty, service packages, exterior coatings, etc). I was also given false information stating once I signed on the dotted line I was locked into them and could not cancel (you can). I did go ahead and purchase a couple options, partially to do pressure, partially planning on cancelling if I wanted to after thinking on it further. Well, over a month later and I still have not heard a word from their exterior coating people, so I will be writing an email to get that money refunded. I'm not trusting someone with my car that can't even follow up within a month and a half. I will not personally purchase another car from here if I have to work with the same finance department again. Day of pick up Kai is unplanned out of office but Beau and a couple other guys I crossed paths with the first day stepped in for him and helped deliver the car. So then a week after purchase, my wife gets a engine error and the car goes into limp mode. We called Kai and he basically took over from there (again, Kai is awesome). He talked to the service department and then had us have it towed there. It was there for about a week, they actually had Volkswagen engineers remoting in and stuff (which I thought was pretty cool). They couldn't reproduce it but found a fault buried deep in a sensor in the engine and changed it out. I really appreciate the thoroughness the service department took with the issue. They kept us up to date throughout the process and made it as easy as possible. More

I sat at Napleton Hyundai with two toddlers for three hours trying to lease an Ioniq 5 and got nowhere trying to get a reasonable lease. I drove across the street to Bommarito VW and saw the ID4. After reading about it and seeing the lease options I signed up to be contacted by a local dealer and got a text message from AJ within minutes. He sent me some quotes by text and that got me in the door. Went the next day and within 30 minutes I had seen all my options and gave him a down payment. There were no ID4s like I wanted in St. Louis and so they did a dealer trade, and I had my car the next week. The lease is a third of what Napleton wanted to charge and we have great credit. I signed a three-year lease and I really do think I will stay with VW going forward. I love the car and going all electric was a great decision for my family. AJ has been the most efficient salesperson I have ever worked with buying or leasing a car. He tolerated my curious two-year-old and gave her toys to keep her entertained. I am so thankful AJ responded to my inquiry and helped me get the car I need for my growing family. Thank you, AJ! More

I came into Suntrup VW because of a New GTI Autobahn I saw that they had. When I got there it had just left for a test drive and unfortunately sold at no fault to AJ or Suntrup in my excitement I rushed o saw that they had. Thankfully I got to work with AJ who was a Rockstar! He spent the day looking for one exactly like it and was able to secure an incoming GTI like it from another dealer on dealer trade!
